▶Product description:
Jacketed kettle also called as jacketed evaporative cooker or thickening pan. Adopt stainless steel as its main construction material. Using indirect heating make it easy to clean. The double wall structure which make up a jacket for heating medium such as steam and thermal oil result to a faster heating effect compared with normal cooking pans. Use a hand wheel to discharge the cooked product so there is no material accumulation at drainage opening.
